Overview

At Glade Hill Primary and Nursery School we believe that we provide a caring school community in which children can feel happy, safe and secure. The children, parents, governors and staff at Glade Hill endeavour to work together to make our school successful through a combination of care, dedication, collaboration and hard work.

About Us

Through a high quality curriculum which is broad, balanced and relevant, we aim to enable children to develop their interests, to widen their knowledge, skills and understanding. We ensure success for every child, helping them feel confident in themselves and able to move on to new challenges. We help children to develop intellectually, morally, culturally, spiritually, and physically. Above all we aim to ensure that every child has equal access to the curriculum enabling them to meet targets that are challenging but realistic.

We foster and promote positive relationships amongst everyone at Glade Hill School. We actively encourage children to be polite, well mannered, cooperative and honest. children are helped to become self-disciplined, independent learners who show care consideration and respect for others.

We want our children to give their best, to take pride in their achievement, in the content and the presentation of their work. We want them to work through "the best days of their lives" with a sense of enjoyment and satisfaction.
