Cobden Primary School is situated within easy walking distance of Loughborough Town Centre. It serves the historical area of Hastings Ward.We have the ancient church of All Saints, the world famous Taylor's Bell Foundary working museum and a wide range of community facilities all on our door step.

The school has a vibrant multi-cultural population. There are over 16 world languages represented in the school and nearly 60% of pupils belong to non English cultures.  

The current school roll is 350 from ages 5-11 years. There is also a highly successful Pre-School, most children go on to attend the school after their time in Pre-School.

The school has a designated Childrens Centre with parents training and support facilities. The school also enjoys the addition of a floodlit multi-use games area having secured a successful bid from Sport England for £200,000. This is for school and community usage.
