The school is very proud of the partnership it has developed with parents. Opportunities are offered for discussion of individual children’s progress twice a year and in between parents and teachers initiate discussions as and when the need arises. Individual reports are issued in June of each year.

At the end of Year 6, the majority of children transfer to The Market Bosworth School. There is an active Friends’ Association which raises funds and organises social and community events. The school belongs to and plays an active role in Unity which is a Small School support group. This group provides professional support for staff and activities for the children and ensures that the school does not become isolated.A very successful pre-school group (Playmates) meets each Thursday afternoon in the School Hall, under the guidance of the Nursery Nurse. We have achieved Eco-school status, along with a Healthy Schools Award, Arts Award and the Activemark.
