Malmesbury is a special place. We believe there is nothing the children or adults in our community cannot achieve. We aim to bring out the best in everyone.

We have an exciting and engaging curriculum, based around language-rich texts, and quality teaching which enables all children to enjoy learning and make good progress. Specialist teachers provide high quality lessons in French, Music and PE, supporting our strong and successful linguistic, musical and sporting traditions. Our broad and dynamic curriculum is designed to inspire and excite every single child, enabling them to achieve their own success. We believe this is key in developing a life-long love of learning.

We have great facilities, including a well-maintained building with specialist rooms for teaching whole classes and small groups, a modern library that is open to parents, carers and children after school, a well-equipped Early Years setting and extensive grounds for sport and play.

At Malmesbury we celebrate the richness of our multi-ethnic, multicultural community. Every child’s voice is respected and valued. We set the expectation that all children will be caring, considerate and kind to their fellow human beings; these values lie at the heart of Malmesbury, and we are committed to working in partnership with our parents and carers in embedding them throughout our community.

I hope you want to find out more about our school and the work that we do together as a school community. You are very welcome to visit us and explore all that Malmesbury can offer you and your children.

Working with your help and encouragement, every member of staff will do their utmost to ensure that your child becomes part of the success story that continues to unfold at Malmesbury. I look forward to welcoming you to our school.
