What challenges were you facing in recruitment before using Eteach?

Our applicant numbers were low, and we had no simple-to-use ATS system so a lot our time was spent on administration.

How has the Eteach Applicant Tracking System (ATS) changed the way you manage recruitment?

We can see when applicants have started to apply and send reminders of the closing date if not completed. ATS automatically disqualifies candidates without Right to Work / Teacher Qualifications, can use the system to contact candidates, we now have a Fast Apply application form which has mirrored our school application form which I am sure has assisted with the number of candidates applying for our roles. Easy to update the detail in the job description and also republish.

Can you walk us through how you are using online application forms? What difference have they made?

Eteach produced a mirror version of our word application form and since using the Fast Apply electronic form our application numbers have increased.

How has the automated reference process improved things for your admin or HR team?

With references, you can easily see if we can approach the referee. The reference form for teachers is electronic and we hope that very shortly we will be able to have a different electronic form for support staff recruitment.

Have you noticed a positive impact on the speed or quality of your recruitment process since using Eteach's ATS?

Absolutely, the system is easy to use and I highly recommend.

What’s been the biggest improvement you’ve seen since moving to Eteach?

Everything, but if it is one thing it is the ease of contacting candidates and keeping them updated.

Have you saved time or reduced costs compared to previous methods or agencies?

Eteach has saved me time and our significantly reduced our package costs.

How has Eteach helped you attract more or better-suited candidates?

We've been able to attract more candidates and gain more applications using Eteach's Fast Apply application form, as well as posting to Google Jobs.

What feedback have you had from colleagues or hiring managers about the platform?

I have fed back to our SLT all the benefits of using Eteach and there are a lot!

Would you recommend Eteach to other schools? If so, why?

Definitely! It streamlines processes therefore saving time. The package cost was good. If you need guidance or any kind of support the team are extremely quick at responding, very knowledgeable and friendly.

What would you say to another school considering switching to Eteach?

DO IT! You will not regret it and day-to-day work will be more efficient.
