Overview

We are a specialist independent day school, with an 'Outstanding' rate from Ofsted November 2023, in South West London for children from 3 to 19 years with speech, language and communication difficulties.

About Us

It’s very important to us that all our staff feel supported and happy at work, when you start you will receive a detailed induction, be assigned a ‘buddy’ and meet with a member of the leadership team for an informal catch-up.

We will invest in your personal development, giving you the opportunity to undertake external courses as well as offering training in INSET. We have a Learning and Teaching Support Team in place to offer one to one coaching if required. 

 In addition we can offer you:

  •          A newly refurbished fully air-conditioned working environment
  •          Well-equipped teaching rooms with interactive whiteboards
  •          Ample underground car parking and good transport links
  •          Small classes (maximum of 10 but usually less)
  •          Teaching assistant in every class

Are you looking to use your skills to support children in a rewarding, challenging and supportive environment? Blossom House School offers that opportunity and is your starting point for careers in teaching, learning support work and a multitude of therapies including Speech and Language, Occupational and the Arts.

This is not just your normal recruitment open evening! You will be able to talk with our professional staff who can tell you about their experiences in this sector, as well as tour our School and have the opportunity to attend a Q & A session with our Founder and Principal who has an OBE for services to children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Staff will be on hand to discuss our current vacancies and placement opportunities.
