Our academy thrives on mutual respect, which gives children a sense of belonging and self-worth. Behaviour improves because children feel noticed and are keen to respond and live up to - if not exceed - high standards and expectations; positive behaviour is noticed and praised at all times. There is no hierarchy of importance – everybody is equal and accountable within the demands of their role and therefore deserves the same respect, support and warmth.
