Welcome

Welcome

I am incredibly proud to be the Headteacher at such a welcoming and caring school. We have amazing children, dedicated staff and supportive parents and governors. As the family of God, we work together to ensure we provide the best educational opportunities for all our children. Our mission is simple: Love, Learn and Enjoy.

Our Lady's pupils are a delight to be around. They are hardworking, inquisitive, caring and imaginative. We have high expectations of excellent behaviour based on the teachings of Jesus. We aim for our school to be an extension of the family unit by providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

We aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through our supportive pastoral environment. With a clear focus on mutual respect for all, we aim to educate the ‘whole’ child by providing an enriched and creative curriculum rooted in the 21st Century skills. Our enthusiastic and dedicated teachers and support staff ensure that the curriculum offers a wide range of learning experiences based on the needs of each individual child.

It is our aim that the children at Our Lady's will grow in the love of Christ, and be equipped with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to continue to thrive throughout this and the next phase of their education - our children today, will be our leaders of tomorrow.

We are constantly looking at ways to improve and welcome any comments, questions and suggestions so that we can continue to work together to achieve the best outcomes for all children in our school.

God Bless

Mrs S Flaherty

As the family of God, with Jesus, we love, learn and enjoy.

Our mission is to deliver an outstanding and distinctive Catholic education with Christ at the heart of our community.  Together, we share and celebrate our faith and learning, while respecting and accepting those from other traditions and cultures.

Our curriculum aims to prepare all for the global community of the 21st Century reflecting the technological age in which we all live, work and have our being.

Through mutual support, and in partnership with the home, school and parish, we acknowledge the unique value of each person, nurturing them to full potential so they can become the best they can be.
