Ride to work scheme
The Federation participates in the Ride2Work scheme which allows staff to obtain substantial discounts, via tax allowances, for the purchase of a bicycle. The aim of the scheme is that the bicycle is primarily used for travel to and from work.

The Federation offers interest free season ticket loans to staff to enable them to purchase an annual ticket for travel to and from work.

Annual leave (support staff only)
The minimum annual leave entitlement for support staff is 26 days a year (pro-rata for part-time) increasing to 31 days after 5 years’ service and 34 days after 10 years’ service.
