Welcome

I am delighted to welcome you to Saint Augustine Webster Catholic Voluntary Academy. We are an inclusive community which is grounded in faith values with respect at its core. I believe that by fostering respectful relationships within this community we lay the foundations for success.

Pupils at Saint Augustine Webster benefit from an enabling environment where they can take risks and tackle challenges. We encourage pupils to love learning and recognise the behaviours that will help them to become successful learners. They are given opportunities to collaborate, think critically, solve problems, persevere and develop resilience – not forgetting the importance of having fun! Pupils are encouraged to have high aspirations and cultivate self belief. It always fills me with great pride when I see how former pupils continue to relish challenge long after leaving us, building on their early learning.

We are also pleased to be working within a wider community within the Parish of Holy Souls Church and as a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust.

Should you wish to visit our school, I am always pleased to meet prospective parents and introduce them to the Saint Augustine Webster CVA community.

Mr D. Sidaway
