St. David’s is a small, friendly and rapidly improving 11–16 school situated on the Welsh / English border on the outskirts of Chester. In August 2017, we achieved fantastic GCSE examination results, where we saw a 12% increase in the number of students achieving five GCSE A* - C grades, including English and Maths. The school is developing a number of key areas, including a staff and student health and well-being package; further development of school sport and enhanced access to ICT. We have just secured funding from the National Lottery to create our own Fitness Suite on site for staff and students to access free of charge. It is a really exciting time to join St. David’s – you will certainly be made to feel very welcome!
