St John Baptist High School aims to provide for all pupils a full and balanced range of educational opportunities, which recognises their value as individuals and which will help to provide a preparation for adult life. Furthermore, we aim to help pupils to find within the fellowship of the Church in Wales a faith by which to live and which is shown in their dealings with others.

Our School is mixed 11-18 years, with over 1000 pupils. Our sixth form is vibrant and has over 200 students. We aim to develop our pupils into well rounded young people, who are happy and well educated and believe that high attainment surrounded by faith and love is the correct basis for learning and development. Visitors, to the school, including ESTYN inspectors, frequently comment on the courteous, helpful and polite manner of our pupils.
