St Mark’s is a one form entry Primary School founded in 1884 (we are very proud of the fact that we educate our pupils in the oldest school building in the borough!) Our school is located in Mitcham in the London Borough of Merton. Mitcham common and other open spaces are within easy walking distance.

We are situated in St Mark’s Road and although we have close ties to St Mark’s Church we are not a church school. We are a very successful school which believes in helping every child to be the very best they can be and we all seek for the highest standards in every area of our school life. The children who attend the school come from a rich variety of cultures and English is an additional language for a proportion of them.
