It is an absolute privilege to be the head teacher of this wonderful school. Having worked at the school for over 20 years, I am now enjoying seeing and working with parents that I once taught. At St Michael’s we have a motto which all of the children remember: Learn, Care and Enjoy. We endeavour to provide rich learning experiences for them and through the teaching of our Christian values, they learn to care for others so that everyone is able to enjoy their lives and can truly flourish. At St Michael’s we believe this is important not just for the children but the staff also. We have a dedicated team who work closely with parents so that your children achieve their absolute best.

We are a Church of England Primary School and this gives us a particular outlook on educating children. As with the very early days of most church schools, the education was offered to all children no matter what their beliefs, tradition, racial or economic background.
