St Peter’s is an 'Outstanding' Catholic school where academic excellence is valued within a highly inclusive ethos. We offer a broad education which fosters our pupils' spiritual, personal and social development, preparing them for life in 21st century Britain.
From September 2020, St Peter’s will have two classes in each year
group after our expansion in response to the increasing demand for school places in our local area.
We are a Voluntary Aided school, which means that the Governing Body
is responsible for maintaining the Catholic ethos of the school. Our school primarily serves the Catholic communities in the parishes of Ashtead, Leatherhead, Fetcham, Effingham and Cobham. However, we welcome parents and children from all denominations and backgrounds.
St. Peter’s was inspected by both Ofsted and Diocese of Arundel &
Brighton in 2017 and was judged to be Outstanding in all areas. Most importantly, both inspections recognised the well rounded nature of the education we provide. Our success reflects the dedication of our staff, children, parents and everyone involved in the St. Peter’s community.
