We are a school on an exciting journey to become the best school we can possibly imagine.  It is our belief that our students can achieve amazing things with the right support and encouragement.  At the heart of this is high quality pastoral care and teaching and learning, that is focused on students making rapid progress.

Our teachers are highly motivated professionals who put the needs of children first and ensure all of our students feel welcome, that they belong, feel safe and achieve great things.  Our collective belief is that achievement is the result of hard-work, practice, dedication and teamwork.  Therefore the relationship between home and school is crucial to the success of our students.

The core purpose of a school is the quality of what happens within the classroom and the outcomes that students achieve.  We are delighted that our summer 2016 exam results for Maths and English were the best the school had ever achieved and reflect the rapid improvements that are taking place.

Our £27m state-of-the art facilities ensure that we are well placed to deliver an outstanding curriculum and enrichment opportunities.   Students can expect to take part in high quality extra-curricular activities in a range of sports, performing arts and technology to ensure they have the opportunity to discover their talents and abilities.

Our formal partnership with St Mary’s College (top performing comprehensive school in England) under the sponsorship of academy sponsor Hull Collaborative Academy Trust (HCAT) ensures we are better placed than any other school to continue our rapid progress.
