Webster Primary School is a happy and highly successful primary school at the heart of its community. Our vision is for children to experience a broad, full, rich and memorable curriculum while achieving the highest possible levels of attainment in Reading, Writing and Maths.

 We teach them to be good people and to stand up for what is right. We help them to know their rights and to assume responsibilities with confidence. We are committed to exposing children to a wide range of experiences and learning from a diverse range of people.

We may very well be biased, but Webster children are the funniest, keenest to learn, kindest and loveliest bunch we know, and our team of teaching staff are talented, dedicated, skilled, passionate and highly trained. This is a special community in which to learn and work.

Webster Primary School is now a three-form entry community school for children aged five to eleven years old and has nursery places for three and four year olds. The school is housed in the single storey building opened in 1973 and a two storey building added in 2018 with playgrounds and fields to the side and rear of the school.

People think we've only been here since the seventies. Well they're right, if they mean 1870's. Ever heard of Webster Street School? Did you know that we once had a playground...on the roof?!
