MR_BAMBER_WEBISTE.png

I am delighted to welcome you to Westbury Park School website which we hope will give you a window into our world by sharing our ethos, our achievements and the activities we enjoy.

Westbury Park School is a happy and thriving primary school at the heart of a vibrant community in north Bristol. We take pride in the friendly and caring atmosphere of our school and our commitment to excellence in all areas.

Our children achieve fantastic academic results, but it's the inspiring and challenging enrichment activities which make the Westbury Park experience so special and provides so many good memories of school days.

About Us

Westbury Park School is an academy at the heart of the community in north Bristol and provides an education for up to 420 children aged 4-11 years.

We have places for 60 Reception children and admission is normally in September following a child’s fourth birthday. In September following their eleventh birthday, the children transfer to secondary schools.

The school is housed in one main building (Years 2, 3, 4 and 5), two pairs of semi-detached Victorian houses (Mendip – After School Club and group rooms , Cotswold – EYFS & Year 1) and a two-classroom block (Year 6).

There is playground space to allow the Keystage 1 [infant] children and the Keystage 2 [junior] children to play in separate playgrounds. Garden areas have been developed in both playgrounds, providing quiet areas for children at playtimes and lunchtimes. We also make use of Redland Green and the Downs.
