Our broad curriculum has a wide range of interesting and exciting learning experiences for our children both within the school day and during our extracurricular activities. Our children gain many memorable learning experiences whilst at school, both within lessons and visits and from visitors that come to share.

At Launde, we value strong links between family and school and recognise the importance of a strong partnership to ensure we provide the very best education for our pupils. Children are at the heart of all we do. We are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can reach their full potential. Our curriculum is tailored to meet the individual needs of all our pupils, ensuring that they receive a high-quality education that prepares them for the challenges and opportunities of the future. We inspire a 'can do' attitude for both staff and pupils, where we look to take small steps forward with encouragement and collaboration, working together to be the best we can be. 

I am proud of our dedicated team of staff who work extremely hard to achieve this aim. As a large school with over 630 pupils, we understand the importance of providing a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all our children. Our dedicated team of teachers and staff work closely together to ensure that every class receives the same excellent standard of teaching and support. Work is planned jointly, in year groups with close liaison, communication and support from our amazing teaching assistants and support staff. 

Together we will create unique, exceptional and sustainable schools that inspire communities and empower children.

Centred on meaningful partnership, our schools focus on collaboration and internal support whilst always remaining outward facing. We all share a common purpose and vision – the key is to ensure our schools retain their uniqueness and ethos that enables them to meet the needs of their communities. We are all in this together and have a collective responsibility to maintain a distinct culture that supports the development of the children across our schools.
