Welcome

We are delighted to welcome you to the Raleigh Learning Trust Career Page. The Raleigh Learning Trust was established in Spring 2017 and continues to grow. As a Trust, we currently comprise of special, primary academies and pupil referral units. Our diverse group of academies are always interested in working with schools across the region, as a group, we believe we are Stronger Together.

The overarching aim and vision are for our member academies to deliver an outstanding education for children and young people. We endeavour to ensure that all our pupils, regardless of starting point or ability, have access to the highest standards of teaching, resources and opportunities. The Trust’s role is to oversee the leadership and vision of member schools and to develop effective and supportive partnerships between them. We have a clear focus on school improvement and provide practical, targeted support.

Our schools serve their community, and each has a unique identity. Being part of this Multi Academy Trust has already provided member schools with tangible financial and practical benefits.

As Chief Executive, I am enormously proud of our academies and of the trustees, leaders, governors, teachers and support staff whom every day ensure our pupils enjoy and make good progress in their learning.

If you represent a school or group of schools that share our values and ambitions and would be interested in working with us, I would be delighted to talk with you about a shared future. Please contact me at the Trust.

Work with us

Stronger Together...

Our Trust is founded on a straightforward moral imperative. We seek to support school improvement across our organisation in order to ensure that all learners within our Academies are in receipt of the best possible educational services that can be provided within the scope of our available resources. A high number of pupils that we work with will have experienced significant challenges during their time in education. Our purpose is to ensure that every child for whom we hold responsibility has access to the highest possible standards of teaching and learning, supported by strong staff teams equipped with outstanding resources. Our core aim is to deliver remarkable and memorable learning experiences that the pupils will value and benefit from now, as they progress into lifelong learning, and the potential for a lifetime of fruitful employment.

Each of our Academies has its own ethos and identity, with a shared core determination to deliver remarkable and memorable learning experiences that each and every pupil will value and benefit from now and as they progress, whatever they choose to do and be in their lives.

We have a self-driven determination to demonstrate that local schools, working together, can create the best conditions for all our pupils and young people, no matter what their starting point. We will support our pupils to achieve the best combination of skills, qualities, qualifications and aptitudes that will enable them to thrive in the complex world that awaits them post-education.

Any live vacancies will be displaying on the right hand side of this page. If we are not currently recruiting, please join our Talent Pool.
